Night fire at Knob Creek. M1919, .30 Caliber, Air-cooled machinegun. The Browning was the workhorse of the U.S. and allied armies. Used in aircraft, tanks and ground combat. They were used in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. The barrels on these "thirties" are shortened for cinematic effect, i.e., more flash and bang. The concussion is awesome!
